We have a knowledgeable, in-house staff dedicated to guest service, property management, housekeeping, maintenance, marketing, reservations, accounting, and more. We’re here to help with all aspects of your rental property. At the same time, we take pride in not excessively charging homeowners for services that should be covered by the management fee, and at Sea Star Realty they are! Unlike our competitors, we handle nearly all of our many services in-house to ensure the highest quality and best oversight, which is the most cost-efficient for our homeowners.
