With our flexible 2-night minimum stays*, you can tailor your vacation to perfectly suit your schedule and budget. Let’s face it, sometimes a week-long vacation just isn’t in the cards, but that shouldn’t keep you from enjoying a fun family getaway. Whether it’s a weekend escape or a mid-week break, our 2-night minimum stays offer the flexibility you need.
Our vacation rentals come in all shapes and sizes throughout the Grand Strand, so start searching for the perfect condo or house for your family!
Nightly Stay Minimums
2-Night Stay Dates:
Searching for a vacation home rental? Houses become available for 2-night stays within 14 days (2 weeks) of arrival year-round.
For condo rentals, we allow 2-night stays within 30 days of arrival April-September, and within 45 days October-March.
Occasionally, 2-night stays are permitted outside the above dates when there is availability on a last-minute basis to fill vacancies. So be sure to check our calendars throughout the year if shorter stays work best for your travel plans!
3-Night Stay Dates:
3-night minimum stays at houses or condos are available through May 22, 2026 and September 5 – December 31, 2026 (excluding holiday weeks).
During peak season (May 23 – Sept 4, 2026), shorter stays (2 nights or more) will become available within 14 days (2 weeks) of arrival.
*Enjoy a 2-night minimum on participating properties. Some properties may require a 7-night minimum during holiday weeks. There are exceptions for owner-specified minimum stays.
