HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to 'Vacation Station', located just 1.0 miles north of the Surfside Pier. Enjoy unsurpassed ocean and beach views from this three-story, 3628 SF home that will surely be your family vacation spot for years to come. Soak up the sun and sounds of the waves while in the oceanfront 17x9 private pool. The large open floorplan offers plenty of space needed for gathering with family and friends. Other features include a wet bar, stand-alone ice maker, flat screen TV's throughout, oceanfront master suite with a Jacuzzi tub, oceanfront sun deck, private beach access walkway, outdoor shower, covered parking (5 total, 4 covered), and much more. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

There is an awesome bonus when you reserve ‘Vacation Station’: with every reservation for up to 14-nights a $250 credit for equipment rentals is included! That's right, only with Sea Star Realty will you get FREE rental equipment to enhance your vacation! So, there's no need to worry about packing your beach gear or buying some while on vacation. When you reserve this home directly through Sea Star Realty, you get $250 worth of free beach gear rentals of your choice. It’s a simple process, just make your selections and the items will be delivered to your vacation home to enjoy during your stay. How It Works: 1) Make your reservation for ‘Vacation Station’. 2) After booking, watch for an email from our equipment partner VayK Life. The email will include an invitation with a unique link to a gear selection page with your $250 credit. You'll be able to pick from a variety of items, including barbeque grills, kayaks, bikes, beach loungers, umbrellas, carts, paddleboards, and more. 3) Select your desired items, add any optional extras, check-out, and that’s it! VayK Life will use your reservation information to automatically schedule your equipment delivery to ‘Vacation Station’ on your check-in day for you to enjoy all week long.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bathroom, you’ll find complimentary soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some other complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Property is right on the ocean with a short private walkway to the beach. Great ocean views from the main floor and 3rd floor decks. Nice small pool to cool down in after a walk on the beach. Our family would definitely return to this property again.

Excellant family vacation. All 18 if us! Ten adults, 7 teenagers, and a little three year old! The property suited us just fine- clean and on the beach. The manager provided very good customer service. I hope we may vacation here again. We enjoyed the beach, bubba's, crabby Mike's. We had game night where everyone either played hand and foot(cards); UNO or mexican train. By the end of the week one half of the group each had a nickname which was fun.

What a nice property! This house was perfect for our long weekend in Surfside. It had plenty of room, a nice private pool, and is literally steps away from the beach. And the view from the top deck was incredible! The Sea Star team did a great job of making sure the house was spotless upon arrival. Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for an escape to the beach!

I think that my family of 14 had a great time and we were all very happy with the accommodations. Obviously this is a beautiful house with ample space. The pool is a great feature and so was the ocean. It's a little bit far from the Grand Strand and Broadway but it's very close to Merrils Inlet (may be spelling that wrong). There's also a bit of a bar scene a half mile away. I mean, i'm not the type to chat away - I loved my vacation here and the accommodations were great!

The house was beautiful, clean and the location was great. Three generations from our family were on this trip and everyone enjoyed themselves. We have been to Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach and Garden City every year for the passed 10 years and this house is at the top of our list as one of the best.

Great house and location. Beach was busy but not crowded. Views were fantastic, even from the pool. Good location between downtown Myrtle and Murrells Inlet. Property management was very responsive and quickly fixed the minor issues that arose during the week.

Rental was wonderful. We had no issues, it was just rest and enjoying the ocean. We seen dolphins and enjoyed the pool. It was all we expected from a rental and hassle free. We plan to come back!!!

This home was just as it was pictured on the internet. The house was beautiful and accomodated all 18 family members.. the location of the home was just perfect, right on the beach and the views of the ocean fantastic... it was truly a wonderful experience for all of us.

Very pleased with the house...really enjoyed the pool being raised to main level - It stayed warmer and was enjoyed more than any home with a pool we've rented before. Very Relaxing. Just the right blend of beach and pool with the kids and grand-kids. The property is large enough to comfortably accommodate 10 adults/kids and yet provide each with space and privacy. Although the property is relatively new, it does need some cosmetic updates[trim paint, replace toilet sets, etc.] probably due to constant wear from rentals. Direct Access to the beach is a plus especially when kids are involved. Sea Star was very responsive to requests for maintenance issues.

We had plenty of room to spread out and it was awesome having a BA in each BR. Loved the additional ice maker in the kitchen...made it so much easier to fill glasses and small coolers and not worry about running out. The pool deck is perfect and the beach at Surfside is beautiful. Easy walk to the pier for drinks, lunch, dinner. Some of the TV/DVD combos and remotes are a little dated and one did not operate at all. Overall, an excellent time. Would rent this home again
