Welcome to 'Summer Luvin'! You will without a doubt be 'Luvin' summer in this house! Professionally decorated with beautiful furnishings and a coastal theme throughout. Large open kitchen, dining, and living area that is perfect for gathering with family and friends. Five spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a wall-mounted flat-screen television. Upgraded features throughout this brand new home, including granite countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms, stainless steel kitchen appliances, & laminate wood floors. Exterior amenities include 3 furnished balconies, a private pool with a furnished deck, and an enclosed exterior shower.

The house amenities were very good and the furnishings nice. The home is in a great location. It is in need of some touch up painting but overall clean and comfy. A good home away from home for our two week stay. Love the team at Sea-Star Realty !

We loved the house and enjoyed the pool immensely. The close proximity to the beach was perfect. We do wish we had known they were building next door, as this was a nuisance.

The house itself was great with a bathroom in every bedroom and multiple bed types/configurations that allowed everyone in out group of 11 to be comfortable. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants/bars is incredibly convenient and we will definitely look to rent this house again!
