HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to “South Beach I”! This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom pet-friendly home is located only 350 feet from the Surfside beach! This home features a large open kitchen/dining/living area with durable tile flooring. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal for a guest. Right off the living area is a large deck with furniture. One bedroom is located on the first floor. This bedroom features views overlooking to pool, two full beds, and a private bathroom with a double sink. The other four bedrooms are located upstairs with upper-level deck access from one of the bedrooms. This raised-style beach house allows for vehicle parking underneath. Enjoy the private pool located in the back of the home. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

My husband and I had to plan a trip to Myrtle Beach suddenly as his Mom's health took a very bad turn. I called to see if I could find a dog friendly place quickly and Liz could not have been a better rep to help me. She found us the perfect house at a perfect location that was pet friendly and was even able to let us check in Wednesday night at Midnight. The entire stay was sad but perfect and we were able to have Dan's Brother and Sister join us. His Mom had to go to a Hospice House, so again, just a stressful sad time that Liz made so much easier for us to deal with. I appreciate her and your entire company helping us so much. I would definitely stay with you all any time I need a place in Myrtle Beach. Thank you so much. Sidenote, Liz is really the best. Sara helped me extend my stay as well, so thanks to her too.
