Portofino IV 2018 is a professionally decorated 2150 SF, 5 bedroom oceanfront home located 1.4 miles north of the Garden City Pier. Completely remodeled for 2018 with luxurious granite countertops, new furnishings, flooring, appliances, bedding, and more! From the coastal decor and ocean views to the open living/dining/kitchen plan, there is something that everyone will love. Take a dip in the shared community pool just 3 doors down or enjoy a day at the beach, access as easy as walking out the back door! Portofino IV 2018 is located in northern Garden City Beach close to restaurants, local attractions, and shopping – many of which are within walking distance. Ample parking for four vehicles.

This was the perfect location and perfect house for our extended family to relax and enjoy a week together. So beautiful, right on the dunes. And the interior of the house was beautifully finished and decorated. Couldn't have been happier. The rental company supplied everything we requested.
