HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Haven of Rest is a custom-built, professionally decorated exquisite home featuring endless premium amenities for the most discerning vacationer to enjoy. Delight in direct ocean front, unobstructed breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, and miles of the Garden City sandy beach. The oceanfront pool, waterfall, and roomy furnished pool deck are all surrounded by lush landscaping. From the ground level, there is an elevator for easy access to each of the upper levels. The main floor features gorgeous hardwood floors, heavy moldings, hardwood paneling, beamed ceilings, rich colors, and luxurious furnishings. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a gas range/oven, two dishwashers, a work island, and an expansive breakfast bar. The oceanfront dining area is the ultimate setting for any meal. The living room has a 60" Samsung flat-screen TV with a sound bar & Netflix for your added enjoyment. In addition to the main living room, there are also two large sitting areas on each floor. The upper-level sitting area features a 48-inch flat-screen TV and a kitchenette. There are eight oversized bedrooms, seven of which feature king-size beds, and all eight bedrooms have a flat-screen TV for added convenience. Additional amenities that Haven of Rest offers include seasonal pool heat (fee applies), ocean front covered furnished porches, stereo, Juliet balconies, private walkway to the beach, exterior shower, exterior bar, Wi-Fi, cable TV, two sets of washers, and dryers, and abundant parking for eight vehicles.

This house was absolutely perfect for our large group with large, quiet bedrooms and plenty of space. Beautifully situated on the ocean with amazing views from the balconies. The pictures online don't do this home justice. It is very well appointed with a very, large dining table that will accommodate up to 12 people. The pool and hot tub were heated to a perfect temperature. It is also conveniently located to anything you want to do in Myrtle Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

This house has so much room! We had a party of 18 ladies and we never felt on top of one another. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the porch daily! The house functioned perfectly for our group. Thank you for a great stay!

We have been vacationing in MB for the past 16 Summers, making it our home away from home. We love the sunny warm days spent on the beach and by the pool and the evenings spent having drinks and seafood in any of the wonderful Murrell's Inlet restaurants. Where we stay is paramount to our experience and we adore our new vacation home, Del Boca Vista, immensely! The location is extraordinary and the home is large enough for our entire family and warm and beautiful. We can't wait to come back and share more memories with more people in this amazing home.

We had a great week at Del Boca Vista. The place was incredibly clean, the linens were fabulous, and the location could not have been better. The pool area was perfect for our family. We had a few mechanical problems with some appliances, but Sea Star Realty was quick to respond to our needs. The kids all loved being able to have their own bedrooms.

The stay at the Del Boca Vista was wonderful. The house is even more gorgeous than the pictures and the location and views could not be better. Everything went smoothly and the detailed instructions by the realtor were perfect. We rented the linens and were impressed with the high quality of the towels and the sheets. We had a little trouble when we first got there with using the keyless entry (our error),but when we called the rental office, they were very helpful in pinpointing what we were doing wrong. We also had trouble with the elevator, and they sent a maintenance person over right away. Again, it was just a matter of us learning how to use it. We rented a gas grill, and found it to not have been cleaned, which we told the maintenance person about, and the pool people came right over to take care of it. EVERYBODY was so helpful, polite, and pleasant to work with. Everything was addressed and taken care of immediately. The only complaint I would have, (and really, I don't know what the rental or cleaning people could do about it) was that a large number of pots, pans, dishes, and silverware were very dirty. Mainly the pans which were covered with alot of grease and dishes that were like wise all greasy. We did notice that the dirty dishes were all under other clean dishes and pans. We chalked that up to previous renters who were just too lazy to wash things before they left and tried hiding it so they wouldn't have to pay the clean up fees. Again, we don't blame the cleaning people as they can't possibly dig through all the dishes to check them every time someone leaves. The pool was great, the hot tub was great. The views are gorgeous as well as the house. I could not have asked for a more relaxing wonderful vacation. We would return anytime.

A group of 15 of us rented this home at the end of March for 10 days. We were immediately in awe of the ocean front home. The views were spectacular! The home and its' dcor was beautiful as well! <br/>The 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms were perfect! Every couple in our group had their own beautiful and unique bedroom and bathroom. <br/>We did notice a few things that had kind of been "beaten up" with time. This can be expected with any rental home over time... <br/>We did pay for the pool to be heated as we arrived in a bit of a cool season. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm throughout our stay!<br/>As a group, we went to Sarah J's for dinner one night. It was delicious, we would highly recommend it! We also went into Myrtle Beach to try Captain George's Seafood Restaurant. It was unbelievable! So good! <br/>We wish we never had to come home! Everyone in our group absolutely loved our holiday! <br/><br/>

We had a really great time. It was a lot of room and very spacey. This property was worth the money invested. The rental company was very friendly and responsive, they tended to our every need. The home is nicely located right off the beach. We were able to talk morning strolls and night walks. We had family members from 80 years old to 4 years olds, no one was ever bored or disappointed. My family wants to make this our annual vacation spot!

This was our 16th year going to Myrtle Beach for a family vacation and this was the best year we ever had! We rented Del Boca Vista for 4 weeks and had family and friends coming and going over that time. The service we experienced from Sea Star was excellent! We were greeted at the house by Chad who gave us the keys and instructed us on the use of the elevator. Throughout the stay, we contacted Chad whenever we needed anything and he always responded within an hour and came very quickly if anything needed to be done. Charity and the staff at Sea Star were so kind and receptive at each interaction. The house was amazing and the location made our trip even better, having the ability to ride our bikes and take golf carts to town or to the grocery store. We can't wait for next year and hope to be with Sea Star for many years to come.

Beautiful spacious home with amazing sunrise views. All 10 people in our group were thrilled with the accommodations. Only home I noticed along the beach that had a walkway extended all the way to the beach (no wading through dunes or loose sand)
