THE HOME

Welcome to Coast 2 Coast (formerly Coastal Treasure), a spacious second-row beach house at 804 South Waccamaw Drive in Garden City Beach, South Carolina. Designed for large families and multi-generational groups, this seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom home sleeps 16 across three floors of sun-filled living space. Start your mornings on the front porch watching the sunrise over the Atlantic, then wind down on the rear decks as the inlet and marsh glow gold at sunset. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bath — no hall-bathroom sharing, no waiting in line — and a private heated pool, private hot tub, and fenced yard round out an outdoor experience that rivals any resort on the south strand.

AT THE PROPERTY

The private heated pool and private hot tub sit within a fenced pool area — fees apply for heating — and the fully fenced yard adds safety and privacy for kids and pets alike. Decks and balconies at multiple levels bring the outdoors into every floor of the house, including ocean-view decks on the upper level. Outdoor furniture and lighting make the spaces just as welcoming after dark, and an outside shower handles the post-beach rinse.

Inside, the full kitchen is equipped with a stainless electric range, stainless microwave, stainless wall oven, stainless side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, stainless dishwasher, and a pod-style coffee maker. A kitchen island provides extra prep space and casual seating. The dining room and bar seating comfortably handle the whole group. Two refrigerators keep groceries and drinks stocked for everyone, and double laundry areas make extended stays genuinely easy.

Smart TVs with cable are available throughout the home, including wall-mounted flat-screens in multiple bedrooms. Additional comforts include air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, keyless entry, and free covered parking on site.

Sea Star Realty includes a complimentary luxury linen package with every stay — resort-quality sheets for every bed, plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, and bathmats. Beds are made prior to arrival and towels are pre-hung in the bathrooms. A starter amenity package is also provided: one hand soap and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, plus paper towels, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, a kitchen towel set, and a trash liner in each receptacle. Departure maid service is included in your rates.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Garden City Beach sits on the south end of the Grand Strand, known throughout the region for its laid-back pace and deep family culture. South Waccamaw Drive runs right along the Garden City strand, placing Coast 2 Coast in the heart of a neighborhood built around beach and waterway life. Garden City is recognized as a golf-cart-friendly beach community — an easy, relaxed way to explore the area. The south strand also puts guests close to the broader Murrells Inlet and Garden City community, known as South Carolina's seafood capital and home to the famous MarshWalk.

GUEST NOTES

Pets: Dogs are permitted, maximum two dogs, with a nonrefundable pet fee.

Parking: Free covered parking is available on site.

Cancellation: Full refund minus a cancellation fee (equal to the reservation fee paid at booking) when cancelled 90 or more days before arrival. Cancellations within 90 days of arrival forfeit all payments. Changes that shorten a stay forfeit all payments; reservations are non-transferable. No refunds or credits for weather events or mandatory evacuations — travel insurance is strongly recommended.
