Welcome to Curl Cottage, your cheerful three‑bedroom, two‑bath beach escape just second row from the ocean and a breezy 0.4‑mile stroll from the well‑known Garden City Pier. It’s the perfect Garden City Beach getaway, whether you’re here for a day of fishing, a round of arcade games, or a classic lunch at Sam’s Corner. Tucked into the Summer House community, this cozy retreat sets the scene for easygoing coastal living — and of course, don’t forget your four‑legged friends, because pups are welcome too.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, inviting space with a well‑stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, TVs, and central heat and air to keep you comfortable in every season.

Sleeping arrangements include two queen beds, two twin beds, and a sofa bed, offering space for up to eight guests. The master bedroom features a private bath, while bedrooms two and three share a second full bathroom.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bathmats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sleeper sofas).
