One Ocean Place Unit 209 is a remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in Garden City Beach. Located on the second floor, this condo has great ocean views that you don’t want to miss. Enjoy your time sitting on the furnished patio overlooking the beach or lounging by the pool. Equipped with a full size washer and dryer and each bedroom features a private bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances needed to prepare a meal. The building has an elevator for guest use and parking on site. Golf carts are not allowed at this condominium.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. We had a wonderful stay at One Ocean Place 209! This condo is so tastefully decorated and the owner has paid great attention to details to ensure your stay is just like being at home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some, there are games to play, comfortable couches and beds, high quality linens, extremely clean, well cared for and the convenient parking so you don’t have to use an elevator is awesome! The views are gorgeous, especially the sunrises! This condo is so enjoyable I could live here! I highly recommend staying here and I can assure you we will return!
