HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Blue Haven! This 5-bedroom beach house is just a short walk to the beach and comes equipped with 5 private baths, an elevator, and a private swimming pool. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the various furnished decks on either level of the home. With an open kitchen/dining/living area, entertaining the entire family is a breeze. The kitchen comes equipped with all major and small appliances making meal preparation easy. When you're not taking in the gorgeous Surfside Beach, take a dip in the sparkling 24' x 8' private pool situated right behind the home. With ample parking for four vehicles, Blue Haven has everything you need to have the perfect vacation! Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.

There is an awesome bonus when you reserve ‘Blue Haven’! Every reservation for this home up to 14 nights is eligible for $250 worth of free equipment rentals when you make a reservation with Sea Star Realty! That's right, only with Sea Star Realty will you get FREE rental equipment to enhance your vacation! So, there's no need to worry about packing your beach gear or buying some while on vacation. When you reserve this home directly through Sea Star Realty, you get $250 worth of free beach gear rentals of your choice. It’s a simple process, just make your selections and the items will be delivered to your vacation home to enjoy during your stay. How It Works: 1) Make your reservation for ‘Blue Haven’. 2) After booking, watch for an email from our equipment partner VayK Life. The email will include an invitation with a unique link to a gear selection page with your $250 credit. You'll be able to pick from a variety of items, including barbeque grills, kayaks, bikes, beach loungers, umbrellas, carts, paddleboards and more. 3) Select your desired items, add any optional extras, check-out, and that’s it! VayK Life will use your reservation information to automatically schedule your equipment delivery to ‘Blue Haven’ on your check-in day for you to enjoy all week long.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

We rented this to have a family Vacay with 11 Adults and 3 children. Great Beach access with a short walk. Living space accommodated group and kitchen was well stocked with serving pieces and dishes. Next time I would bring my own knife for chopping. Overall great house.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home!!! We had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a more convenient home ... close to the beach, wonderful pool and such a quiet area to enjoy the porches. The staff at Sea Star was extremely helpful as I had locked the house keys in the house and they had a new set to me within the hour. Thank you for allowing my dog to come with me ... that was the biggest selling point for me!!!

It was so nice to stay in a quiet place, away from all the craziness of Myrtle Beach, but still close. The beaches there were great! It was nice to be able tobring my dog & take him on the beach, as this was his first time. The house was amazing & had so much space. We were all able to get away alone & have our time to ourselves, as it was 3 families there. Love the pool area also. Made us want to pack up & move there! I will definitely want to come back & stay again!

Franks Place was absolutely perfect for my party. The dogs, my husband and I, his two older teenagers and his mother. We were conveniently a short block from the beach, each room had its own bathroom which was perfect for everyone's needs and we all had the space for some time alone or to be a group. The management company was very prompt and responsive when we had a maintenance concern and needed an Amazon package delivered. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay and a city maintenance man came out to change the water meter, timing his work during our time out of the house when he'd shut the water off.<br/><br/>This home was truly a home away from home.<br/><br/>We have already requested similar rentals to explore for our trip next year!
