Our family of 6 adults and 4 children found the perfect vacation home!! Check in was super easy and the house was very clean and well equipted. The location was perfect. We were within easy walking distance of the pier, fishing. food, and ice cream. The beach was beautiful and uncrowded. The oceanfront view was spectacular especially from the pool deck. A Vista Del Mar was the perfect vacation rental in every way and Sea Star Realty made everthing so easy.

Certainly we love this home and that's why we come back. We had a couple of issues this season which in the end got resolved and we truly appreciate the efforts of the front line staff namely Scott, Zack, Lauren and Taylor. Each one of these people go out of their way to help as best as they can. See you all in 10 months..

Really enjoyed our stay at Vista Del Mar which grown children and two grandkids. The house is set up perfectly for families. The deck pool gave a nice break from the beach for the grandkids. I would highly recommend Grocery Delivery -- it is such a treat to arrive at the house with your food & drinks already in the fridge.

We rent this house every year because it is right on the beach and close enough to the pier to walk but not so close as to hear the noise. House is always clean and kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans and dishes. We love the splash pool on the second level because you can look down on the beach. Been here many times and will keep coming back!

This was our second Winter spending extended time (7 weeks) in this home. Obviously we love the home and have booked it again for next year. <br/>The home is beautiful and you have unlimited views of the ocean from all areas the home. The balcony with pool is a great place to be and as I've said before even on cool days when the wind is not coming from the South East you are protected up there and it's lovely. <br/>The home is fairly well equipped, although some of the kitchen utensils are in need of a upgrade which is a easy fix.<br/>Seastar is a efficient and professional firm to deal with. Most of their office staff are great to deal with. Special thanks to Lauren and Taylor who have great customer service skills and made sure any minor issues we had were addressed. Garden City is great. Do not really need Myrtle Beach at all. Everything you need is there.

The property was very clean and even nicer than the pictures and description. The pool deck off the kitchen overlooking the ocean was wonderful. The location is great being in easy walking distance to the pier. We loved every minute of stay and would love to stay there again. Sea Star Realty is top notch. We rented this house for a long period, almost 7 weeks from late January 2017 to mid March 2017. The home is just as described and then some. While we were fortunate with amazing weather, even if it's not that warm the sun shines on the deck in the afternoon and even coolish days feel amazing. Had a few minor issues over our time but nothing serious and the team at Sea Star were prompt,friendly and always willing to help out. Very close to area restaurants and close to Myrtle Beach but far enough away as well. The immediate neighbourhood around this home is fantastic and we explored it a lot. Cannot wait to go back.

We did very much enjoy our stay at Vista Del Mar. We arrived after Hurricane Matthew so that made some plans change. Our house was as we expected, furnished nicely, clean and well -maintained. It is ocean front as stated and located conveniently to restaurants,other activities and attractions. In fact, we plan to return to this property in 2017.

We enjoyed our stay at A Vista Del Mar. Perfect beach weather and the pool makes the house! Loved sitting in the pool and looking up and down the beach. Decent location if you are looking to hang out at the pier or want to walk to the main road for ice cream or groceries. Luckily we didn't spend much time inside, but the set up and accomodations are decent. Kitchen needs to be updated a bit. The appliances could have been better but served their purpose. All in all a good experience.

My Family and I greatly enjoyed this place. The location is perfect. You are within walking distance of the pier, shops, and food. The house is beautiful. the View is incredible day and night. We really enjoyed the upper deck with pool. We spent ever morning and evening on the deck watching the surf and locals lighting off fire works. mid day we spent on the beach and in the surf. Hope you like fire works because you get them every night from about 9 to 10:30. The house has a short path to the beach and a outdoor shower for washing off beach salt and sand. Great place I highly recommend it. I have no complaints at all.

We have been coming to the Garden City beach area for quite a few years and this house was by far our favorite rental. The house was perfect for our group and the pool was a great escape off the hot beach in the afternoon. The people at Sea Star Reality were very helpful with any questions we had and even recommendations for a good seafood restaurant one night. I would definitely rent this house again!

This house is right on the beach! It was very clean and had just been painted and redecorated very nicely however, I think the trim would look better if it were painted white. The whole house, walls and trim are a very nice light sea bluish color but EVERYTHING was that color. Not a big deal at all but just had to throw that in there. Anyway, this is our 3rd time renting this gem. It is close enough to the pier and arcade to walk but not so close to the things that you get all the noise/crowds. There is a small pool on the second floor facing the beach. I loved this because we could be on the beach and my daughter and her friend (11 years old) could be in the pool but I could still hear them and yell at them from time to time to make sure they were ok. The house was well stocked with towels and you have a washer/dryer if you need to launder them during the week. Sea Star realty staff were friendly and responded promptly to any problems. The 2nd week we were in the house, the ice maker wasn't working. A staff person brought bags of ice to our house for us since it was the weekend and a repairman could not come out until Monday. The repairman came and fixed it without a problem that Tuesday and everything was fine. The overall experiences that we have had in this house have been wonderful. We love this house and will book again and again.

Beautiful beach house with fabulous views of the ocean from the living area, kitchen and master bedroom. In high tide, you could relax on the couch or in bed and feel the ocean surround you - extremely relaxing! Decorated to give it the perfect beach vibe! We were a family of four but it was large enough for two families to vacation comfortably together. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee makers, etc, It was missing a kettle or tea pot - in case that's your beverage preference in the cooler months. <br/>There was a mix-up with the linens but Sea Star took care of it right away and were very courteous and professional to deal with. <br/>We just loved this place and its location to everything. Hope to stay again next year!!!

nice house, ocean front, very clean, nicely decorated, nice deck to sit and watch the people and ocean, good kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and the beds are very comfortable. I would recommend this house to others.
