HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to Surf Dog in the heart of Surfside Beach, just 0.1 miles from the Surfside Pier! Boasting 4,100 square feet, a reversed floor plan, and a view of the ocean from various covered porches, this home is nothing short of perfection. Accommodations include a master bedroom with a spacious stand-up shower and Jacuzzi tub - followed by an open living and dining area with a wet bar and free-standing ice maker. Well-equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, and utensils to prepare and serve meals. The second sitting and living area is on the first floor as well as your additional bedrooms. For added comfort and convenience there are flat-screen TVs in every bedroom, plus one in each of the two living areas for a total of seven TVs throughout the home. Exterior amenities include an exterior shower, your very own 26x12 private pool and ample parking for six vehicles.

How It Works: 1) Make your reservation for ‘Surf Dog’. 2) After booking, watch for an email from our equipment partner VayK Gear. The email will include an invitation with a unique link to a gear selection page with your $250 credit. You'll be able to pick from a variety of items, including barbeque grills, kayaks, bikes, beach loungers, umbrellas, carts, paddleboards and more. 3) Select your desired items, add any optional extras, check-out, and that’s it! VayK Gear will use your reservation information to automatically schedule your equipment delivery to ‘Surf Dog’ on your check-in day for you to enjoy all week long.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Our vacation week at Surf Dog was great from beginning to end. Booking was easy, and the staff at Sea Star Realty was always there not only to answer routine questions but to guide us through the uncertainties of 2020. The house had ample room for my family (12 family members) and was located in a great spot...very close to the beach so there was no need to rent a golf cart. The house was clean. All linens were in place when we arrived...definitely a big plus after a 15 hour trip!! Evenings were spent enjoying the decks and the atmosphere of Surfside. The pool was a nice size and a hit with all. We have rented from other realty companies and private owners over the years, and, hands down, SEA STAR REALTY is the best! We would definitely book Surf Dog again or another property from Sea Star. Thank you SEA STAR REALTY for a great week!

This is our 2nd year coming to this house, and it was just as nice as we remember it. The ice maker was not working, so that was a huge bummer, but it certainly didn't break us in the least. The yard crew and the pool crew came during our week stay, and not only were they Packers fans (so they automatically were OK in our book) but they asked us about 10 times if there was anything we needed or anything else they could do for us. Great people all around.

We chose this home for a last minute Labor Day getaway and it exceeded our expectations. Spacious, clean and so well appointed. Can't say enough good things about the staff at Sea Star Realty. They were very informative and eager to assist with any questions we had. Will be staying at Surf Dog again!

We stayed over the Memorial Day weekend for a baseball tournament. The location is great, quiet neighborhood, close to anything you could want. Good Restaurants and bars are within an easy walk. The house is really nice and well equipped. Easy process with the management company. No complaints. We plan to rent for next years tournament.

We stayed in the Surf Dog house for our wedding stay, and we have 21 guests(including children) staying at this house. There was more than enough space for all families to move around and have their own personal space. The quality of the house is next to none, and the view of the ocean from the top floor is amazing. We cannot wait to come back to this house in the future!

Loved the Surf Dog. Would definitely stay again. It was great to have a lockbox on the property with the keys for easy check in. Everything was done electronically so there was no need to wait in line at the office. The house was absolutely beautiful, very spacious with comfortable furniture, and the pool was a huge plus in the evening hours. However, the landscaper that trimmed the grass allowed the clippings to fall into the pool without skimming them out. <br/>
